Once you have made a booking and paid your Deposit you thereby confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to the Terms and Conditions below:

Minimum Order
There is no minimum order for the collect and drop off service.  For our delivery, setup and collection service we will require a minimum order of 30 chair covers and sashes.  If a customer has less than our minimum order then we may charge a small surcharge for hire and related services.

Deposit and Payment
We will provide an invoice for the total amount payable once we have received your booking request.  A 20% deposit is required for all bookings and the full invoice amount is payable 6 weeks prior to your event for all items hired.  The Deposit secures your date and is non-refundable even if you cancel your booking.  We also require you to complete a booking form to secure the booking and will hold you, the hirer, responsible for all items hired to be returned undamaged and that you hereby agree that any cost for damaged or unreturned items shall be paid by you, the hirer, within a 2 week period following your event date.  Delivery, set-up and collection services will incur extra charges as per our price list and shall be included in the full invoice amount.  The customer assumes all responsibility and is fully liable for unreturned or damaged items hired from us, except when such loss or damage is reported to us on the day of delivery and such loss or damage relates to loss or damage during delivery of the item.  The customer shall check their order upon delivery and report to us immediately if there is any loss or damage.  Bookings shall be completed by filling out our booking form which we will email you.

Deposits and full payment can be made by cheque or BACs / Internet banking.

The hire charge period commences from the date of delivery until the next business day following your event. 

Items hired are to be returned the next business day following your event.

Packaging ready for pick up service
Chair covers, sashes and table runners shall be neatly folded flat and placed into the return boxes provided, with all sashes untied and folded neatly.

We charge the following prices for the replacement of each damaged or unreturned item.  Chair Cover (£2.00 per cover), Sash (£2.00 per sash), Table Runner (£8.00 per runner), Post Box (£35.00), 'Just Married' Banner (£40.00 per banner), Artificial flowers with LED lights (£15.00 per flower cube).

For 'Collection and Return' hire, customers shall return all items on the agreed date (usually the following business day).

Chair Covers and Sashes
Our chair covers will fit most standard banquet chairs, however, it is your responsibility to ensure you have checked that chair covers suitably fit the chairs at your venue before placing an order with us.  If you are only hiring chair covers, sashes and/or table runners then we will require the full payment upon order.  We can provide a sample chair cover for £5.00 and sash for £2.00 and these amounts are refundable upon return of the samples or you will receive credit for that amount if you place a chair cover and sash order with us.

Limitations of set-up service
We do not un-stack or stack chairs and do not put tablecloths or dishes/cutlery on tables as part of our set-up/collection services.  Please ensure that your chairs and tables are set-up at your venue prior to our arrival.  Our staff deserve a respectful and safe working environment and any abuse or intimidation will not be tolerated in any way and shall result in removal of our staff and items from your venue without a refund being issued.

Changes
Pretty Rooms reserves the right to cancel your booking for any reason and will endeavour to give you as much notice as possible, all money paid in advance will be refunded for this specific cancellation only.

Batteries
Batteries will be supplied fully charged for your event.  However, it is your responsibility to take replacement/spare batteries should the ones supplied fail.
